BUSINESS POLICIES
NOTE: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK INS. • Credit Card Policy: To minimize potential no-shows or late cancellations that do not allow enough time to book another guest, a valid credit card must be registered at the time you book. Your credit card is NOT CHARGED unless a cancellation fee applies (per below). Also, if the card on file declines when charged with a fee, the client will be responsible for paying the fee in full via an alternative method. Future appointments will then require a deposit to secure the booking. • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, rescheduling or any changes to your service/s must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a $55 fee, as it is often difficult to fill those appointments on short notice. • Late Arrival Policy: Clients must be in the treatment room by the 10-minute mark of their scheduled appointment. If you have not arrived and are not in the room by then, your appointment runs the risk of being cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. A $55 cancellation fee will be charged. • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, PLEASE: Due to limited space and safety regulations in my building, no extra guests or children are allowed in my suite. This helps ensure a calm and focused environment for your service. Quantum Business Center also wants us to respect all businesses in the building so noise must be kept to a minimum.
